There are wars going on all over the world in search of a good leader. Like, in the religious field, in the political field, in the educational field, in the social field…. Also, because there was no good leader to lead the crowd to the right path, Jesus also cried many times. This means that Jesus was also looking for a good leader. After all, why do you need a leader? What if there is no leader? What is a good leader? Who is the ideal leader in this world? Which we can follow continuously? There is no leader in this world who has perfect knowledge, skill and no fault in character. The only ideal leader is Jesus Christ, who has no fault in anything. There is no other leader as good and holy as Jesus in human history. Therefore, the Pastor and Leadership Skills Development Training Center was established in 2067 with the holy purpose of learning from the example of Jesus Christ and giving good disciple-leaders to the church, society and nation.
